Game crashing, not sure if FWE related or not

Hello all. Please, someone help. My game keeps crashing. I have altered the readme file:
bUseThreadedAI=1
iNumHWThreads=2
changed the first line, and inserted the second, as seen in a youtube video, and the game keeps crashing on me.

 

Below is my load order; also installed NMCs maximum textures. Anyone can lend a hand?

Go to New Vegas mod site, search term "Fork"

 

download fomm version (0.14.11.9) and use that to sort your load order properly.

Rearrange the FO3 .esm files like this: Fallout 3.esm

Anchorage.esm

ThePitt.esm

StreetLights.esm

BrokenSteel.esm

PointLookout.esm

Zeta.esm

 

Arrange the .esp plugins so they are in the same order. The only exception would be Fellout - pipboylight.esp, which should be first in the Fellout plugins. Remove the unused plugins from your load order.

 

If you still have problems it would either be from the installation location (Program Files) or inadequate equipment.

 

If you only have FO3 installed, stick with an older version of FOMM. I use version 0.12.6 without any problems and have done so for years. Also, if you only have FO3, use B.O.S.S. to sort your load order.
