Derelequisti
so I've done all the changes that the guide lists and i would get the you need to make changes to fallout4.ini warning when i activated each mod, but it would activate anyway so i just ignored it (and yes they work in game) however today i tried to install a few more mods and 2 of them wont activate when i get this warning, and they do similar things so maybe theres a connection they are both bat files and they are the only 2 of that type, the Who are you? and Minutemen Bat file mods

roamwild
These 'batch files' are just plain .txt files with lines of console commands. The .ini edits are not required to make these work. You can "install" these .txt files manually, just extract the .txt to your Fallout 4 or Fallout 4/Data directory and then follow the instructions given by the author to use them. I gave the Minutemen file a brief look. It adds over 9 billion fusion cells to the target's inventory. That seems a little excessive to me, but to each his own. Kenneaj
I believe I found a fix for this issue on reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/fo4/comments/3tr0p6/nexus_mod_manager_keeps_displaying_warning_to/ Basically in fallout4.ini there is this line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=/STRINGSThe STRINGS/ portion just needs to be deleted. This worked for me. Edited December 14, 2015 by Kenneaj

Fl0W
copy these bat text files into your Fallout 4 game folder (Steam/steamapps/common/fallout4)then in-game open the console and type in the name of that file "bat superduppercheatmod"
