Extract the the entire archive to your \Oblivion\Data\ folder. Witch_Race-287423 No such file exists on the Nexus. But this one does: Witch_Race-28743Again, exactly as above, extract to your \Oblivion\Data\ folder. You can use 7zip (free) to extract them. Once extracted, be sure to enable the mods.
