Upper limit to Mods

Heya ppl!

 

I have found out one tiny little problem with my FO:NV. It seems that when I have more than 153 .esp/.esm files activated with FOMM the game goes nuts. Nothing except moving and holstering/unholstering weapon and shooting works I can't access console, Pip-boy or menu through ESC-key. Does this occur to you too or is it just me and my lately super buggy game?

Good to know that I have reached my limit. Now I think I should remove old-not-useful-to-me mods from activation to make room for new more needed mods :D

Try using the bashed patch feature in Wyrebash (or Wyreflash, as I think the NV version is called.) I assume that, with the sheer number of mods you are running, you are already using it. This tends to merge a lot of balancing mods into one .esp at the end of your load order, and can take the strain off the .esp limit, allowing you to include a few other mods.
