Weather keeps changing

PROBLEM SOLVED. THANK YOU.

Old post:

Is it the same in vanilla Oblivion? Does the weather change each 30 seconds or so in it too? Rain, clear sky, rain again. That's what I am getting now. The mods (affecting time and weather) that I am using:

Francesco's mod (changed 1 real hour = 24 game hours)

Natural Environments - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2536

Weather - All Natural - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18305

I have tried various combinations with deactivating/activating these mods, but nothing seems to solve the issue. Any ideas?

You can keep Natural Habitat but the rest of Natural Environments you should not be using with All Natural. All Natural is the one to keep because it is widely considered to be less buggy and it comes with all the weathers from all the major weather mods. If you read the documentation for All Natural it explains what you can use with it, and how to set your All Natural .ini to make weathers last as long as you like.

Actually you can keep other NE parts. Although there're several replacements except NH.

I see. I quite like Natural Environments actually. But disabling All Natural for some reason does not remove the issue I described... I am not sure I like some features of All Natural, but hopefully it is tweakable. The readme is 30 pages though.

Disable Natural Weather. It's quite buggy, though you may 'enjoy' the bug sometimes.
