Pre-made settlement houses

Without playing somebody's save file. At least 2 stories high, with/without furnitures. We can select and place wherever we want. I just wanna make settlers happy, I can earn xp. Sorry, I'm lazy. Or we already have this kinda mod, Please tell me :laugh: Thank you very much in advance.

I understand this was posted back in December but I still haven't found any good pre-made house mods either and would like one. The mod you listed doesn't have Navmeshing so the NPCs can't use them. I would like to request a mod that has pre-built multi-story houses that NPCs can actually use.

I have been asking for something like this for some time now but on a bigger scale, basically a mod that already has the settlement built but disabled until the player puts all the required resources in the workbench to build it then a quest marker pops up to build the recruitment beacon at a specific place and a generator to power it then done once they are linked. Come back in 24 hours and the whole settlement shows up and the player can link the beacon to something else or move it around whatever. Basically you get all the xp that would have been individually generated by each piece once you place the beacon and the generator and link them. No more hours of clearing stuff then building stuff over and over again every replay finally just get on with the dam game. I wish the sims games had never been created.

Try my mods "A Not All Settlement Build" in nexusmod. Unfortunately, it's a save file. It was uploaded after 2 months of the released of Fallout 4.
