wollam11 Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 I bought the Riverside Shack northeast of Bravil (paid 1500 for it), but I can't get in.So, I tried to repeat the transaction by giving the key back to the woman at Fair Deal and then taking it back. Well, the key disappeared ... So, I'm stuck. A little help would be great. One: how do I get the key back (the shack is 'item no.' 21020882)?Two: how do I get in? I've noticed that of a few of Oscuro's buildings - even if the door is unlocked and the signifier is white, you still can't get in.I'm just about to forget it and learn my lesson - don't buy Oscuro's houses. Here's an example taken from the UESP Wiki walkthrough for Vile Lair:If you give away the upgrades before exiting the barter screen, Rowley will keep the upgrade titles but you won't receive the respective upgrades and you won't be able to buy them back.If you look through the bugs section you'll also see 'gotchas' regarding arriving at the location just right (also a common thing in the bugs section).
