Jinxxed0
What mods are you using? I'm currently having the same issues and google brought this up. no one else seems to be having this issue. I've been playing for nearly 200+ hours now and all of a sudden this issue started today/last night. I can build on the ground, but i can't put anything on the floor inside buildings whether its a house or the interior of castle. I can't put anything on the roof either, even though in the same play through, before this bug happened, I was able to do so (i put pylons all over the roof tops in my settlments. I thought it might be the Spring Cleaning mod but the bug is still there when i disable it.

Nempori
Any answers on this? I have been having this issue in Castle and a few other settlements. It is driving me nuts.
RingStinger
Hi Guys, I had exactly the same problem. I think I've FIXED it though... I was using a mod call "repaired sanctuary roofs", which told me to put this line in Fallout.ini under General header: bUseCominedObjects=0 As soon as i deleted this line out of the Fallout.ini file it went back to normal. I think Spring Cleaning Mod also adds this line which causes the same problem. Hope this helps.

Just curious - does removing that line from the INI cause either mod to stop working?

OMG, I just realized I got the exact same bug. I disabled all mods and it still persists wtf. I had to restart a character over 15 times because this f*****g game keeps glitching it with different bugs each time! So no solution then? gameboytj
This bug is part of the vanilla game...I don't know if UFO4P can fix it or not... I hope it can, otherwise we are going to have to wait years for a fix... and it might have to be F4SE related.Ps this isn't exclusive to settlements (for me at least) it happens everywhere in the exterior cell Edited November 12, 2016 by gameboytj
