Gunslinger mods

I don't mean idiotic "AK-47, BIZNATCHES!!!!" mods. I mean wild west meets fantasy a la David Gemmell's Jerusalem Man series or Stephen King's Dark Tower.

 

I feel a mod bringing that style of projectile weapon wouldn't ruin Morrowind as much as one that brings you some dink running around spraying bullets into every NPC with a fully automatic paramilitary assault weapon.

 

So, does anyone agree with me? Or have a civil argument why it wouldn't?

 

Better yet, perhaps you know where a mod may exist to bring the Gunslinger mythos one step closer to wandering the lawless areas of Morrowind?

 

I'm rambling by now.... Forgot to sleep the last couple of days. I'll just go have me a cat nap and then see if I can make my point more eloquently.

I'm not a big fan of Wild West gun fights, but having modern assault weapons could be fun if they are done right. It takes a little flavor out of the game, sure, but if you are either playing just for fun or a time traveler character, the mod could work.

 

Of course I think someone made a M16 or M4 mod a while back, its somewhere on Planet Elderscrolls. It did not have a good rating at the time, so I did not download it since I assumed someone just did not make it well. Also, someone made a blunderbuss with a bayonet, looked good, but I did not like a few aspects of, did not ruin the flavor at all IMO.

As far as i know there are a few mods for guns I found most of these on Planet Elder Scrolls. Ebony and Ivory- adds the pistols from Devil May Cry, Hunters Rifle- 2 rifles and a revolver w/ optional lazer sight and scope, Seaquest- a whole bunch of guns, another revolver mod somewere, and i saw a video on youtube of the halo battle rifle?
