I think I have missing texture files but I have too many Mods running. I was wondering if there was any way to get my default texture files back as well as get the mods up and running in no time after fixing the problem.

 

Another question is, after I reinstall Oblivion, could I simply use the OBMM and launch Oblivion using those mods?

Hmm the only way to fix missing texture files would be to use OBMM (or another BSA extracting program) to extract the textures BSA file into the Data folder. That will place all the default texture files in their original places and overwrite any new texture files with the same name as the defaults... so after doing that you'd have to reinstall any mods that change the default textures.
