Linmor Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 Considering that all the other plugins you are using in that screenshot do not affect what true storms does, you can essentially place it anywhere in your load order. When not using a load order sorting program, I try to keep to the general theory of placing items that affect a larger amount of items towards the top and then follow with those that have a more focused purpose.
