Remove Dot/Crosshair after brief time

Looking for a UI mod that

• Removes the green dot that is always at the center of the screen
• Has the crosshair only show up either when in combat or for a few seconds after zooming in/using iron sights. Something based off combat, so that I can walk around with a gun out but not have the crosshair on the screen until in combat.

I'd like to enjoy the visuals a bit more and find the dot/crosshair kind of intrusive when not in combat.

 

Any mod recommendations or solutions are appreciated.
