  1. https://modwat.ch/u/TK423 Hey all. I'm about 70 or so hours in to a very stable build with one, ableit minor, annoyance I'd like to try to remedy. Many NPCs are carrying a redundant amount of gear. Guards often have multiple swords, daggers, and bows. Thalmor will have a full set of Thalmor gear and a full set of Elven armor in addition to multiple weapons of the same type. Mainly things like that. I'm assuming this has something to do with with the state of my Smashed and Bashed patches and in turn the levelled lists. I guess my question is... Can you rebuild your Smashed/Bashed patches mid-playthrough and would that do anything to remedy this issue? If I rebuild the patches and wait a week in an interior cell, will that reset NPC inventories and hopefully eliminate this issue? If that is not the case, are there any other options to try to eliminate the amount of repetitive and redundant gear many NPCs are carrying?
  2. I'll probably get some ribbing for this request (KB/M is super, more accurate, etc. Agreed.) but does anyone know if a mod enabling the console version's controller aim assist is possible? Obviously this would be for offline only, couch coop. I've got a living room PC setup where gaming is done with a controller and unfortunately Battlefront II with a controller and no console style aim assist is pretty unenjoyable. Thanks for any info.
  3. So \content\scripts\game\gameplay\damage\damageManagerProcessor.ws, the one install file for Ultra Gore 2 would conflict with ImmersiveCams version of that file. I assume I'd have to merge the two. Anyone have any pointers?
  4. So, I've currently got Witcher 3 (1.31/Non GOTY) modded into a great build that several months ago I really, really enjoyed playing with. From what I remember, and what I can tell via the The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods folder, I'm using FriendlyHUDGriffinSlimV2HDReworkedProjectImmersiveCamScabbardsI'm thinking of doing a New Game+ playthrough and would like to be able to add one last mod, allowing cinematic finishers in combat 100% of the time or much more often (I'm thinking Ultra Gore 2 - A Dismemberment Mod or eXTensible Finishers, whichever makes more sense with the current build I've got.) Unfortunately, it looks like either of those mods would be incompatible with my current installation without some manual edits/tweaks. Would anyone be able to help/walk me through modifying the installation to be able to get either of those mods working? It'd be much appreciated. Thanks!
  5. I installed DEF_UI a while ago but have since removed it and I'm currently encountering some of the issues described above. Severe lag with Pip-Boy. I uninstalled the mod but noticed all the item tags are still in game. Did I miss something? I uninstalled every UI/Tag mod I had. Could there be files left over somewhere other than Data?
  6. I've been running a moderately modded setup since launch with no issues. Suddenly I'm encountering a bizarre host of issues. Can't take out weaponsDelay taking out weaponsInvisible weaponsFreezing while trying to change weaponsNo weapon soundSeverely delayed weapon sound, playing over each otherSevere delay attempting to open Pip-BoyI can't think of anything causing these issues. Happens with both modded weapons and stock weapons. Issue continue when modded weapons are uninstalled and on earlier saves. Running current version of FO4 and F4SE. 7. Any chance of backing up the Knights of the Old Republic mods?
  8. I've got a few weapons mods using leveled lists and had a question about making a merged patch in FO4Edit. I'm working off skibadaa's tutorial video linked above but then I noticed someone in the comments said he was kind of over complicating the process. This guy says all you have to do is select the mods you want to merge, right click, and under the 'Other' menu click 'Create a Merged Patch'. Doing that does bring up the following error message, though. http://i.imgur.com/qvjD1YY.png Was the commentor right in his simplified directions or is skibadaa's more lengthy explanation correct?
  9. So I know how to replace tracks currently on Diamond City Radio but I'm not sure what you mean when you say 'add your own new tracks' and then use the bundle as a replacement?
  10. I've got about 30 or so custom lore friendly tracks I like to add to the default radio station in game, so I've been using JRavens Extra Tracks since it originally came out. Without the Creation Kit, it's been a really great resource. My main problem is the randomization really isn't very good and you can go hours without hearing any tracks at while several have repeated numerous times. Outside of some of the mods that add entirely new custom radio stations, have there been any other alternatives to adding your own selected tracks to Diamond City Radio (without overwriting the original music)? Or will we have to wait until the G.E.C.K. for a more seamless integration of custom music?
  11. So the Red Rocket Truck stop down the road from Sanctuary has kind of become my Fortress of Solitude. I noticed today, though, that suddenly the garage door no longer works! Pushing the button in the workshop that normally would open or close the garage door now does absolutely nothing. I'm thinking, for whatever reason, the door thinks something is under it and therefore will not close. Anyone experience this before or have any solutions to get it working again?
  12. Looking for a UI mod that Removes the green dot that is always at the center of the screenHas the crosshair only show up either when in combat or for a few seconds after zooming in/using iron sights. Something based off combat, so that I can walk around with a gun out but not have the crosshair on the screen until in combat.I'd like to enjoy the visuals a bit more and find the dot/crosshair kind of intrusive when not in combat. Any mod recommendations or solutions are appreciated.
  13. Is it possible without the G.E.C.K. to add songs to the radio stations as opposed to having to replace/overwrite them? Thanks.
  14. I highly doubt this would be possible to implement via an in game menu or anything like that. I don't really see any practical way of doing this. Every audio file of PC dialogue would need to be edited in an audio program such as Audacity.
  15. You can currently replace songs but you cannot add new ones. I assume this will be the case until the G.E.C.K come out.
