I can tell just by looking at that you havent used LOOT.

 

it is not recommended to add a ton of mods at once. add a few, test, add a few more, test, etc etc.

 

You need to do your research on modding. This games been out forever now and there are TONS of guides and resources. Use google and educate yourself.
