FerretMugger
I'm pretty sure a similar topic doesn't exist but many apologies if it does. I don't know how many people know about this but when i had vanilla Oblivion, and also the KoTN expansion and patch, i could use a bow in game to clone items. I haven't tried item cloning again until last night but i can't seem to get it to work. I may be wrong but it only seems to have happened after i installed the Shivering Isles update. Does anyone know if there is a way to bring this ability back, or of a different way to clone items. Any help would be really appreciated. :D

FerretMugger
Lol, i know that both expansions are patched but I was still able to clone items when all i had was the KoTN expansion, all be it rarely. It only seems to have stopped working after i installed the SI expansion, but i don't suppose there is any way around this though is there? I am pretty sure that the ability to clone items was a glitch with vanilla Oblivion and i am guessing that Bethesda "fixed" this with the SI expansion, can't say whether or not i am right though. Povuholo
Why cheat? The game is easy enough, and much more fun if you don't. But if you want to... Open the console with the ~ button. Gold: player.additem F <quantity>Silver Arrows: player.additem 0001EFD4 <quantity>Repair Hammers: player.additem 0000000C <quantity> (Maybe just C will also work)Healing Potions: player.additem 00098496 <quantity>Magicka Potions: player.additem 00098499 <quantity>
Vagrant0
I believe you might also be able to clone items by adding them to a corpse, and then using "createfullactorcopy" in console. You may have to kill the new copy, but it should work (save before trying).
Abramul
Or stick it in a crate, target the crate in the conesole, and use DuplicateAllItems player
FerretMugger
Sorry for the late response guys, bin kinda busy. I appreciate the input though, cheers for those codes povuholo, i knew about the gold one but thats about it. :) I didnt think of cloning a corpse, so thanks for that vagrant and i didnt know at all about the duplicateallitems code. so i owe you thanks again abramul. Oh and povuholo, i don't really cheat with cloning items, by this i mean that i dont sell what i clone. I usually clone more arrows when im running low, ok maybe a small cheat but i also use some custom arrows which arent available to buy in game. Also, the other thing i do is clone an item before i enchant it, i like to do this so i can keep the original item as well.
Dilvish
Another way to duplicate arrows on the PC is to use god mode (TGM on the console). When you're in god mode, you don't use up arrows. Simply shoot the arrow you want to copy into the ground at your feet and quickly pick it up. Do this 50 times and you have 50 free arrows.
