Delete All - settlement mod / improve size

Can someone make a mod letting you delete everything at current area and build it from 0?(all the containers, structures and maybe even boats)

Secondly i would like to ask someone to make a mod that let you build more stuff at settlements.

There's an existing 'exploit' to allow you to build more stuff.

 

1) Drop all your weapons (ideally the ones you don't use) on the floor.

2) Go into the Settlement menu and start storing all of these weapons.

3) Notice your Settlement Size meter going down.
