Fallout 3 Crashes After Certain Events

I have a very heavily modded version of Fallout 3, and after a while, the game started to crash a lot. Before it would be fine and just run fine, but now its starting to act horrible after a reinstalled all my mods. The crashes would occur after talking to someone, an explosion going off. but also just at random times when exploring the wasteland. I am on Windows 7. I was wondering if it was the load order so if anyone could help me it would be a ginormous help.

My computer specs are:

Intel Core i5 4210

Intel HD 4400

8gb ram

Windows 7

Just to clear it up, the seducing women mod was only for testing, but my game crashes every time I try to uninstall it, Im not a creep I swear

Nothing should ever be before Fallot 3 in the load order. Ever!

 

It is appearant that you need a sorting tool to handle your load order. The best tool for Fallout 3 is still BOSS.
