If you can figure out what these concept pieces are, then we will name one of the new NPCs after you. Apparently Ath said my guess is brutally wrong, so I lost some design privileges.

 

1) A lonely geologist sitting near a volcano.

2) A microscopic view of a paramecium.

3) A child sitting on a swing in Winter.

4) Angry Maxson looking down at me after beating the game, while a UFO flies overhead.

Let me take a shot at this.

 

1. A person calling for evac (going based on the red cross on what I believed to be a Vertibird)

2. Vertibird but it specializes in medical transport. The Vertibird is responding to the smoke.

3. A Scribe possibly looking out the window out sitting on the edge of the Window.

4. The Sentinel could have been injured during a mission and now is at an operating room with Maxson checking on him/her.

Might I suggest looking at this, and seeing if this could work with the planned overhaul? Personally I think it would be cool. Maybe talk with them...?

The goals of the two mods don't really line up. Maybe once both sides are in a more complete state we can see if there is a way to make them compatible but I don't see the two projects being merged or having the same goals.

Definitely possible. The thing with Civil War Overhaul though was that all the content generally already existed. It was a much more diverse civil war that Bethesda cut. However the concept would be the same if the war between the Minutemen and BoS happens, with similar mechanics, and he'd have that covered from getting the overhaul running as well as it does.
