I do not know what caused it but it is shown in the following movie. I removed the .ini files to the launcher could generate new, the problem still exists. I'll be grateful for the help and explanation, I don`t know how to deal with this, watching videos of gameplay other people have not noticed similar problems. This is annoying but it can be played. I have a feeling that this is a setting within .ini files but how fired up the game on clean settings, a problem also occurred. As I wrote before, I run it in a game setting minimum and ultra. It looks different now than the first time, now is so that when you load the save all light sources are displayed correctly but when I change the location it decides if the spot light sources do not work as they should. Pay attention to that when I use the telescope this light appear while without this not displayed at all. When i save game at the new site, where light does not generate, then I load the game again this light appear again, but it works on, a new site - no lights.
