New Sleep Mod Wanted!!!!!!

Can someone make a new sleep mod with the following effects or more:

 

1. player has to sleep every 10-12 hours. No matter to level up or not, player must have a rest for several hours.

 

2. If player doesn't sleep after 10-12 hours,his ability will reduce bit by bit. He sees things in a blury way,his fatigue greatly increases, etc.....

 

To make a more real life in oblivion :-)
