Weird boob spazzing out?

So I have had this weird crazy boob spazzing out thing since I installed realistic force and ragdolls, and it only seems to effect certain armors like the Tera armors mod by Frigus and a few other armor mods. So what happens is when I install xpsme overtop of realistic ragdolls and force I get this really weird spazzing boob thing on these armors. It looks like hdt breasts are trying to work but they are flattened and go spazz out like crazy random jerking, the butt does it too. However if I install Ragdolls and force over top of xpsme then that crazy jiggle goes away and everything is normal, EXCEPT, my feet sink into the ground up to the calf almost! its sooo freaking aggravating. Also it doesn't matter if I uninstall RRF because the crazy boob spaz is still there. Does anyone know what is going on here? I have followed the correct install order for xpsme and hdt, and RRF, and all other skeleton and physic mods to make sure that it all works properly but I still get this.

I will say the only thing i haven't tried is uninstalling all of my mods and completely reinstalling, or trying a new game.

I also use LOOT and NMM. Ill get screen shots if need be. Thank you.

Anybody? Any ideas? I try building a body in bodyslide using CBBE HDT body and the boobs go crazy!!! To best describe it so you can picture what it looks like, it looks like the breasts and butt have Parkinsons disease. Just shaky and wont stop. This is absolutely driving me crazy. Because I wouldn't mind completely removing all the hdt except for hdt equipment but even if i remove hdt I still get the weird boob shake on most of the armors like tera armors, and such. Any ideas?????

Turn on Vsync or frame limiting at 60 fps. This happens when fps spikes too high and physics go haywire. In extreme cases of fps, clutter can start flying around spontaneously.I'i

I'll try that but my framerate usually doesnt go above 60 it usually stays around 30-40.

I'm starting to think that its either a HDT physics thing, or a skeleton thing. I hask the guy at XPSME and he said that I probably f*#@ed up my skeleton, but I'm not sure how I could have done that. And if that was the case wouldn't uinstalling and completely reinstalling fix that?

If the skeleton is improperly installed, that would do it, but it's easy to fix by re-installing the skeleton and letting it overwrite everything. A bad BBP xml can also be responsible, I guess.

But I used to have this problem too, and I tried many things to reduce it or fix it, and the thing that worked for me was turning on the frame limiter, either in ENB (sucks, occasionally drops fps too much) or in the GPU software (good). Once I did, zero twitching. Nada. Nothing. Ever.

So how would i be able to tell if its a bad BBP xml? Is there a specific file that I can delete? Yea I have reinstalled the skeleton many times to no avail.

And I have nvidia. what would be the best way to limit the fps? I also noticed today that if I give the same armors that have that weird jiggle, to my follower and she wears it, it doesn't jiggle anymore. The hdt physics work perfectly on them. Perfect butt and chest jiggliness. It just effects my character.

Sorry for so many questions but I'm still fairly new to modding and I'm trying to learn as much as I can so i can eventually start creating my own.

It's not easy to tell if the xml is bad, but if you grabbed one of the popular bbp mods off Nexus, it's probably not the case. I was just throwing it out there. The most probable case is the fps causing a physics spike from which the calculations don't recover.

The physics working differently for you and NPCs is probably a collision issue. Depending on the method(s) you're using to apply collisions (Havok Object or Havok path in the mesh), it's not rare that things work a little differently.

The NVidia Control Panel unfortunately doesn't offer full fps limiting functions beyond VSync. Download a program called NVidia Inspector. Among other functions it allows you to set driver profiles for your games. You can turn on fps limiting in the Skyrim profile there. Set it to 60 fps. Note that if you update your NVidia drivers, they may overwrite your profile and you'll have to set the fps limiter again.

Don't worry about asking questions. I'm happy to help, if I can.

Yea all the skeleton mods I have are from nexus.

Ok so I will trying limiting the fps with MSI afterburner first to see if that works. If not I'll try Inspector. I hope it works. If not I have a bad feeling it might be a skeleton issue, but my thought is if it is a skeleton issue wouldn't it do the same thing for the NPC's like my follower.

As far as the collision issues, I have heard people talk about a "havok object" before, what exactly is that? Is that just the particular mod that has the HDT physics added to it like the armors or the body?

Thank you so much, you have been the most helpful person I have met on here so far. Most people either don't answer questions when asked (even if they don't know the answer) or they just give some smartass comment that doesn't answer the question.

I hope to solve this soon because it is extremely aggravating.

Ok so I tried limiting the fps and to no avail. It still has that crazy boob epileptic seizure jiggle going on. And if i build an HDT body in bodyslide I get the same thing. but if I build a standard CBBE body, the body is fine but the armors still do the same thing. So now I'm going to spend the next few hours uninstalling and reinstalling ALL my mods and starting a new game to see if it works.

any more ideas would be helpful.
