So, I installed all the mods here in this order, that hadn't been taken down or set to hidden, and when I launch the game, it CTDs after about 2 seconds of screen time.

I tried installing a Configuration tool that:

1. Disabled the Intro Video manually
2. Disabled Godrays
3. Enabled High CPU Priority
4. Set my CPU Cores to the number of Physical Cores I have
5. Ticked the Older Files Invalidated Setting

It still CTD'ed after 2 seconds exactly. I opened LOOT, and used it to find two places where an ESP was allegedly missing. One was legit, and it was because I used the DLC compatible variant where it needed hte main esp as well.

The Other instance was the Nuclear Weather-TSCompat.esp depending on the old TrueStormsF04.esp, instead of the up-to-date ESM file. There's nothing I could do there, as the Compatibility file must then be old, so I disabled it.

It STILL CTD'ed after all that. So I exported my old load order, then used LOOT to reorganize my Load Order. That isn't working either. So I'm hoping someone on this thread will have the necessary insight to guide me to a functioning video game. So, I'll attach two Load Orders. The Old one, and the New one.

The New one will probably be more relevant, but the Old one corresponds to the "Ultimate FO4 Guide" here:

I had some take aways and discovered some new mods; thank-you for your time to compile and test these mods.
