I only ask as I am a tabletop Roleplayer and would love to know what happened to the rest of the planet and in the rest of the US. There is a lot of ground between the East Coast and the West Coast which would have a lot of hidden tech, Vaults etc. Just look at the Rifts World, and sod the fact is has active mages etc, but there is a lot of scope for expansion.
