Pinner - Quest and Adventures mod

Note: This mod will add a minor faction (like Gunner) not a major faction like BoS, or The Minutemen.

 

When the creation kit GECK released, hopefully an experienced modder will make this mod happen.

 

So, this mod will add a new group called "Pinner" named for their use of Railway Rifle in their arsenal, it will also contain a chain of quests with style similiar to F03 DLC "The Pitt" alongside with this, there's also a new location where majority of this mod will happen.

 

What's The Pinner?

They're a mafia like group, famous for their use of Railway Rifle. Currently settling on a city outside the city limit of Commonwealth(where exactly will discussed further). Where they act as the city drug dealer, mercenaries, and protector (they received caps from the city's settler) there's atleast one good side for their actions that will reveled further as they play the quests.

 

The quests will be started by either a notification like the F03 DLC ("you've heard of a city......) or by hearing a certain settlers or Diamond City Guard discussing about the city which will start a miscellaneous quest to find the town. I haven't plan what's the story, but it will involve a certain point where the player have to side with two opposing sides to determine the town fate which mean it will contain two different conclusion of the quests with siding with each side will give you different advantages and rewards.

 

Hopefully the mod will also contain side quests, new weapons/outfits especially for the Pinner, and new enemies.

 

Come to think about it, this is starting to like a DLC instead just a quest mod.

 

It will greatly appreciated if anyone with molding experiences make this mod happens, because hopefully this will add a new experiences for our gameplay.
