tizl
Hi all, I've been using NMM for years for Skyrim and the Fallout games, but I've ran into an issue I've never had to deal with before. I recently purchased DAI and have been enjoying it, and just saw that there is a mod nexus for it as well. However, it does not show up in the list of games to scan, and I cannot find how to manually add it to NMM. I'm sure there is something simple I'm missing, but I can't find it at the moment. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Aintiarna
It's not supported by NMM due to it being difficult to mod and what-not. Have a read of this and it should explain what you need to know: http://daimodder.tumblr.com/post/123864968464/dai-mod-manager-tutorial The first thing you want is the DAI Tools Suite loader: http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/693/? The good thing about Inquisition is that unlike Skyrim and Fallout, your save game doesn't become dependent on the mods you use so you can experiment a bit more. tizl
Thanks so much for the info! Edit: I just saw how many mods you've made, and I've already been looking at some of them and have planned on DLing them, so you should be getting some more endorsements soon. Aintiarna
Ha ha. Well, I hope you have fun. Just a couple of tips. Add mods to your game slowly rather than dl-ing 200 all at once and hoping for the best. Follow the instructions carefully and always read the comments section to make sure the mod is still up to date and being supported. Unfortunately we've had lot of patches to deal with over the last year from Bioware which have broken many of the once popular mods and many modders have now left the community. The comments section is your best bet for checking if they still work. Have fun. Edited January 7, 2016 by tirnoney
