More signs for settlements

I'd like to see more signs that can be attached to walls in settlements, or even free-standing signs on posts. The vanilla game has only 11 wall signs and most of them are pretty useless; in a radiation-filled wasteland full of Deathclaws and Super Mutants, isn't a "No Smoking" sign a bit redundant? I'm sure many people would like a much wider selection of different sized signs with messages that have more application within the game. Here are a few examples, some of which already exist as in-game assets, and I'm sure others can think of more:
