  1. I think you're looking for Gruffydd's Signs and Posters, it has a great selection of settlement signs including the ones you describe. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9711/?
  2. Tina De Luca's bug is also fixed by the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, along with many other things. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4598/?
  3. Both Snap'n Build and Homemaker include hole-free wooden walls as well as many more.
  4. I think you'd need more than just one Vertibird for that! Possibly a fleet of of crop-spraying aircraft... However, decontaminating one small area of the Glowing Sea to make a settlement wouldn't be too lore-breaking.
  5. I thought about having a go at this myself, but I just don't have the time to learn enough about the Creation Kit, so I'll post it as a suggestion here to see what people think. I would like to take a vanilla asset - I was thinking that the flamer would be ideal - re-texture it and replace its fire effect with a spray that removes environmental radiation effects. It's always struck me as "unimmersive" that you can remove radiation in places like Starlight Drive-In or Spectacle Island by simply scrapping the leaking radioactive waste barrels. There are also a few areas that I'd like to build settlements using Chesko's awesome Conquest mod, but can't because the the "radiation warning light" marker in these areas isn't attached to the barrels and doesn't vanish when the barrels are scrapped. For the sake of balance I'd make the device heavy, difficult to build, maybe requiring rank 2 in both Science and Nuclear Physicist, and expensive to operate, maybe using fusion cores for fuel. Any thoughts?
  6. I'm a professional writer and magazine editor. I'd be happy to take a look at it.
  7. I'd like to see more signs that can be attached to walls in settlements, or even free-standing signs on posts. The vanilla game has only 11 wall signs and most of them are pretty useless; in a radiation-filled wasteland full of Deathclaws and Super Mutants, isn't a "No Smoking" sign a bit redundant? I'm sure many people would like a much wider selection of different sized signs with messages that have more application within the game. Here are a few examples, some of which already exist as in-game assets, and I'm sure others can think of more: Clinic First Aid Doctor Surgery Armoury Security Workshop Traders Welcome! Bar (a neon bar sign would be great!) Café Restaurant Diner Open/Closed (activate to change?) Exit Drinking Water Danger: Radiation Danger: High Voltage Danger: Explosives Danger: Live Ammunition Danger: Laser Danger: Land Mines Warning! Turret May Turn Unexpectedly Private Property: Trespassers Will Be Shot! Raiders Will Be Shot On Sight! General direction arrows; left, right, up, down, turn left, turn right
  8. This mod offers X-01 paint jobs based on the liveries of WW2 aircraft. Not quite what you were asking for, but they do look really cool. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5012/?
  9. There is a mod that does exactly this, with the option for 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 20x or 100x faster. I use the 5x faster option, as a good compromise without breaking immersion. There's still that annoying delay waiting to "access maglocks" before you can tab out, but it does make the text display more quickly. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/937/?
  10. I'd like to be able to send a consignment of weapons and/or armour from one settlement to another. I tend to use Sanctuary as my central supply depot, fast-travelling there to unload after a mission or scavenging run, so I have a large supply of weapons and armour there. However this means if I want to use this captured gear to equip the settlers at another settlement I have to lug them over there myself, which usually means a couple of trips in power armour. But wait a moment - don't I already have a network of brahmin caravans transporting food and building supplies all over the Commonwealth? Why am I carrying this stuff myself? What the hell am I paying these people for!? What I'd like to be able to do is take a bunch of weapons, armour or other gear stored in my workbench, and send them via my supply caravan network to a specific settlement. The menu to send settlers or companions to a specific settlement is already in the game, so would it be hard to adapt this to send a consignment of equipment instead?
