Deleted2948850User
Heya guys, I'm currently working on a mod that involves separating the eyes so the left/right eyes can be chosen independently from one another. I'm guessing I'll have to split the PNAM - Type to left and right, but I can't for the life of me find how or where. I've gotten all the models and everything ready and I am able to add different left/right eye combinations, but right now every combination just takes up one more slot in the existing eye color menu. So splitting up the eyes would greatly increase the ease of left/right eye selection without taking up more space then needed. If anyone can point me in the right direction this would be greatly appreciated ^^ Darkco.
Darkangel13
I am pretty sure this can be done. Problem here is to check out IF there is a mesh that shows both eyes, cause if it si handled like in other games. (only one eye mesh for both eyes) the you are screwd. But if one mesh is showing 2 eyes it can be done.Get ready for a world of pain to get this work.
Deleted2948850User
Thanks for the advise =] I've already successfully split the eye model in half, using one eye as the actual eyes base and the other as an extra part. Only problem I'm having now is that they lose eye movement in this way. I'm pretty sure the eye movement is scripted to the original eye model/bones somewhere, but I haven't been able to find and apply it to my new models.
