Hallodria
Hi! Ever since I enabled parallax in my ENB, I'm seeing incompatible textures in my game that look horrible. I've been able to find and replace most of them, but this ground texture eludes me.If anyone recognizes the texture, please let me know its name so that I can find a replacer. Unfortunately I have so many landscape mods installed, I don't even know where it's from. Thanks a bunch in advance! Novem99
Hard to tell without knowing the region where you took this screenshot. It might be "rocksedgetrim01" located in "textures\landscape" but I am definitely not sure about this.
Hallodria
Thanks for your reply, Novem99. That was taken in the middle of nowhere. But I know where you can find another instance precicely. When you fast-travel to Fort Dawnguard, directly left of the spot where you land. Between the footpath and the Fort's wall. rocksedgetrim01 was my first thought, too. But after I set it to "hidden" in MO and reloaded, the scene looked exactly the same  Edited January 9, 2016 by Hallodria
Novem99
If we are talking about that one here... http://fs5.directupload.net/images/160109/ofhrm5m6.jpg Then it is without a doubt "rocks01". Here's the comparison with the vanilla texture: http://fs5.directupload.net/images/160109/um9a7bzk.jpg
Hallodria
If we are talking about that one here...Then it is without a doubt "rocks01".YES! That's the one. Thank you so much! I didn't recognize the dds because of the heavy transparency mask. Now I can go about finding a parallax-compatible replacement for this eyesore.Tried the amb texture first, just because I have it here already. Unfortunately it's not doing well with parallax, either.https://imgur.com/a/kV5Gq
Hallodria
Cool, "Vivid Landscapes - Rocking Stones and Mountains Two" (54540) has just the texture I need. Needs some color editing to better match my other rocks but I can make that work. https://imgur.com/a/83dds Thank you very much for your help, Novem99. Much obliged! Hallodria
That's a little bit hard to tell because what I use came out of the Texture Pack Combiner when I ran it quite some time ago. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20801/? But it must be one of the two:AOF Detailed Mountains (2K) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4805/?orSuperior Rock Textures - Light Grey version (2K) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37256/? Sorry I can't be more definitive in my reply. I didn't know any better back then, thought it best to let knowledgeable ppl decide which textures look best, which is actually one of the problems I have today with parallax etc. Thanks again. EDIT:Oh, and let's not forget, I use the meshes package from ONE MOUNTAIN http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58666/?
