Disable Legendary/quest item inspect window.

Lack of the thought in the mind to install open office , as such my lack of grammar may be apparent in this post. Apologize in advance if my post is unreadable, if such is the case, please don't hesitate to tell me.

 

My Mod request, perhaps would be a composite between technical support and mod request. In such a dilemma one could only close their eyes and click on one or the other.

 

Background:

My computer is a 2007- built ,

Quad 6600 2.4. (intel) 64-bit

Ram: DDr2 - Gskill 1333 CAS 3 8gb

Harddrive - WD-V-raptor 64mb cache , 10000RPM 250gb

GPU- 2009- Nvidia 450GTS 1gb

 

If one requests the Direct-x Diag, will be more than happy to post that.

 

Problem and possible solution by either technical support or a mod opportunity.

My computer was built in 2007 and has been running stable ever since then, of course in 2007 it could run just about anything. However as time progresses and one refers to the mores laws, my computer has seen its days. However as such as one is attached to a vintage vehicle, my pc is revered as such.

Fallout 4 was released and was not all that surprised that the min requirements to play fallout was much greater than my pc, however took a gamble and won, fallout runs quite smoothly given the right tweaks here and there.

 

Sadly there is one hiccup in the game and a minor one indeed, perhaps the most annoying of possible issues besides the fact that there are still loading screens and instance cells. (IE: Pseudo open world).

This issue is regarding the window (inspect window before taking any legendary or quest item).

My game will stall and freeze for 5-10 mins at a time once the E(take) key is pressed. A lot of the time the game never unfreezes and requires to be shutdown via system processes. Learned to quicksave before any legendary pickups or quest turnin or quest starting. However when it takes one over an hour to take the quest item, theres got to be a solution.

Have tested and reinstalled, swapped out the Harddrive to a new one reinstalled, and still pauses on the inspect screen(guessing that's the name).

Tested without mods and with mods.

Using no legendary items at the moment but quest items will still freeze.

 

Will provide reference screenshot upon request.

Question: Is there a way to edit the ESP/ESM or any other file data to remove the window or bypass it by the means of data manipulation or a MOD-ESM/ESP?

 

Will provide more in detail as questions arise.

I have my own reason for wanting the inspect window disabled.

 

With recent updates, it has developed that working the 2LM workstation (as in the mod Legendary Modification), I can make items that don't pop up a Legendary inspect screen just fine. However, if I make anything that does, be it melee, energy, or ballistic weaponry, the game crashes even trying to exit the workstation. One cannot so much as save the gave before it does.

 

Needless to say, if the inspect screen were to not come up, I could make that double legendary Cryolator, no problem.
