I know in NV they went as far as creating a new race. Something impossible for us to do now.But I only think of using existing CBBE body framework + custom mesh (mainly to remove nipple mesh) and normal map, can we create something like an obvious cyborg body with pieces of silicon piecing together with the black skin underneat? It will look like Ex Machina (movie) as well.I know it will not look the same as in the screenshot here. But I do like the art concept of this. Probably trying to create this on my own or if I can hunt down the author of this mod and see what resources he can provide. I don't even care about the glowing light (although I think we can edit material to get that look, saw it on Tron Vault suit and glow in the dark bobblehead mods as simple retexture).
