SirGreenThumb
*This will not actually disable HDR or Bloom, it only sets the values to zero essentially taking away the effects. I am not sure if this affects performance.Want to get rid of that effect in Fallout 4 that causes the brightness to constantly change as if to simulate pupils adjusting to the light? How about bloom? Here's how: Edited January 31, 2016 by SirGreenThumb
SirGreenThumb
I have learned a lot since making my first video. The video above shows you how to change HDR/Bloom in game but by doing that you will override the HDR/Bloom settings for the whole game with one template. This game uses different HDR/Bloom templates for all areas, time frames, and weather patterns for the game. So I made a tutorial to show you how to go in game and change time frames, weather, and HDR/Bloom settings to achieve the perfect look you desire for those conditions. Then create a mod with FO4edit to override the defaults for the different areas, time frames, and weather patterns using your values. Check it out. https://youtu.be/SRFhApFcpgE
donta1979
I think they cranked all of those up since launch, I remember being able to read signs, folders and so on in the Vault at the start, since the new patches have come not so much, also notice many places have their lights blown out.
