CTD on New Game after setting up all new mods.

I spent ALL AFTERNOON working on downloading and applying mods for a mage focused game. I don't know wtf is wrong with this thing, but I get instant crashes before I get to even see anything (After the load screen when selecting new game).

 

All these mods are newly applied, I haven't a single friggin clue what could be wrong. The ones struck out are weird and not in NMM, presumably from Steam Workshop, they're deactivated but still technically there I guess.

 

Soo... Anyone who knows what they're doing / knows any of these mods better than I, perhaps someone out there can tell me where I screwed up.

 

A note that may be notable- This was taken after I had ran Loot's sorting, and got the same crash I did before running Loot's sorting.

It was The People of Skyrim "Ultimate" causing the problem.
