Lordmasta1
I wanted to start playing my fo3 today that i've had installed for a while and never touched it. I started it up I reached the start menu I hit new game, flips to a load screen for half a second then boom, CTD. I tryed googling the problem and I've tryed everything i've found. changing the threaded ai section in the ini, the d3d9 file from the bethesoft forums, windowed, matching resolution, and nothing changed. even trying to update the GFWL had its problems for when trying to sign in it stops responding but thats not what im here to discuss. I wanted to know if any of you had any ideas how to help. I dont know what to give you so i'll give what I can think of. Im running on windows 10 with the latest updates, with a graphics card Intel HD 4000 with a core i5.please if there is any missing info please let me know, and if you know how to find it the better. please help
