Changing weapon speed in FO4Edit

Is there a way to change weapon speed?

I opened up Knife (aka Combat Knife) with a Fast speed in game and compare it to another weapon. I found an unknown string in DNAM that has a .7... value while all other Medium speed weapon has 1.1... value. I tried copying it on my standalone clone of a medium weapon, but no go, still Medium speed. However, I am able to clone the knife to have it at fast speed. So do I miss something?

I just want to change the speed of the Lightsaber mod. Technically it is a very light weapon (if it exists IRL). All you have to handle is the hilt, the energy blade has no weight. No reason it should not be fast.
