Is it possible to apply an .esp to your main character?

As the topic suggests I downloaded Ewoleth's Atomic Surgery mod and I liked the facial build he had going.

 

Is there a way to easily apply an .esp of said character to my main character save file?

 

I've been tinkering with face ripper, but inputting an .esp to my save is not working at all.

 

Is there an easier way to do this? Or a folder with the default presets that i can just drop the .esp into?

It worked fine for me.

I grabbed the mod you are talking about, and Face Ripper, and successfully changed one of my PCs to variants from the Atomic Surgery mod.

Edit: I don't personally use this mod or this tool, I was just curious whether and how this would work; so there might be issues - or not - that I'm not aware of with this, just wanted to report my findings here in hopes that it might help ya out. Good luck, and enjoy your game.
