Need help with Nifskope, trying to get a New Vegas weapon into FO4

I am currently trying to bring AE-86 Seiryuu Beam Katana

(http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44068/?) into Fallout 4.

 

I am using Insanitys Celtic Katana (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6044/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D6044%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D3554755&pUp=1#) as my "Guide".

 

Basically I am trying to deconstruct what invalidfate did. I have set up my .esp based on the ChineseOfficersSword. Set up my .BGSM similar to the Insanity Katana. Where things go wrong is Nifskope.

I don't know how to get it to use the Beam Katana .nif and have all the relevant block list and header information, from either Insanity or Chinese Sword. (I changed all the Material Paths to the correct target).

 

Is there a tutorial for this version of Nifskope, or perhaps someone who could explain what I am missing.

Basic Flow of File Paths:

 

Your ESP file for the WEAP points to your NIF file

Your NIF File points to Your BGSM file

Your BGSM file points to Your DDS files

 

 

Normally that sorts out my problems for me...

 

If you are bringing over a NIF file from a previous version, I have seen some NIF files that point directly to the DDS files, as I think BGSM files are a new Fallout 4 thing...
