Memory crashes - how to deal with them?

Never thought I'd have to deal with memory crashes again, but here we are.

 

So recently I decided to add an ENB to my game (beautiful preset by the way). Ever since then, my crashes have been a common occurrence and there seems to be nothing I can do. Fast traveling, entering exteriors/interios, even merely walking down the streets has a chance of crashing my game.

 

I suspect it's because I removed ENBoost, but I had to remove it if I wanted to use the ENB. As far as I'm concerned, ENB and ENBoost doesn't work together. A darn shame.

 

I've done all of the expected "fixes", such as using OSR (Heap enabled), using MoreHeap, OR's framerate manager and purge, changing the memory in the Oblivion.ini, etc. Nothing worked.
