Well, floor and walls are given rather cryptic names under Statics. Try in_c_plain_ tiles for starters. Furniture is listed under the furn_ prefix. Try working from other cells (click on objects in ready made cells to see the name of the item, then find it in the menu and then you can place it in your cell.)

For a pretty good interior making tutorial, try Liquid Fusion's house tutorial at http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/tamriel/tutorials/

or a lot of people just do this: find some other interior cell that has a nice floor plan. then copy the entire thing into your new interior cell, and then delete all the static and misc items and npc's and stuff - everything but the walls and floors. then you've got a perfectly put together rooms with no holes in the walls, no alignment problems.

it doesn't make your interior cell design very innovative or original but it saves a helluva lot of time :D !! all you have to do now is place people and furniture and stuff.

oh and hey switch, how do i "gain HP" in my little profile stat bar thingy?

If you do as desboy113 says, you can then copy and move the cells around to create new layouts without having to really know where the files are. I STRONGLY recommend finding things the other way though, or at least look at everything in the section of the object list that are similar to the floor sections you are looking at. There are a lot of neat things there, and more you can do by combining walls and partitions, for example. When putting floors and rooms together, it's also important to have the 'snap' feature on.

Look at the opening page of the site to see how you gain HP.
