Aye, depends on just how sick your notion of sick is, merely murder or murder maiming and slaughter?

 

Jokes aside, welcome, you should probably start by downloading pre-build mod "packages" Some of these will take up a lot of time and download cap to bring to life, but are easy to install and bring significant amounts of new content.

 

For starters I can recomend Apachii Godess Store and Hero Store for a little more personality to your character, regardless of tastes, as both are essentialy costume department stores, though some of the gear offers good combat value aswell. And OOO, Oscuro's Oblvion Overhaul. Huge and somewhat confusing at first, OOO makes the game harder, but more rewarding, you'll have to save often unless you like me outlevel god, but it's worth it because it adds vast amounts of new content, monsters, gear, quests, and "undocumented" content. hidden "special stuff" waiting to be discovered out in the bush.

 

Get those two and you're well on your way, big chunky mods as I said are a good starting point, as the ae simple to use, but gratifying.
