JimboUK Posted April 16, 2011 Share Posted April 16, 2011 I think they tried to blame her for the damage to the insides, I know that isn't true because we were at her place when it was delivered. You didn't need to open it because the case had a clear side to it. It might have been a one off, I've never had any problems returning faulty stuff to them.
