Wyre Bash Installer tab CRASH please Help

I recall reading that the next Wrye Bash version may support Unicode (as well as offering a Python free installation option).

 

The next Wrye Bash will have to support unicode if it's to keep up with BOSS. I think they are on top of it. :)

One other IMPORTANT thing

(to reverse the Blank Installer screen post install of a mod that causes it)

 

YOU MUST DELETE ALL FILES from THE (oblivion)DATA FILE

LISTED IN THE ERROR MESSAGE

and

IF YOU DO THAT AND GET ANOTHER ERROR MESSAGE

(upon trying to initialize)

DELETE ANY and ALL FILES LISTED

 

I spent I good deal of sweat equity figuring That out...

so to recap:

 

blank installer

disable

enable

anneal all

 

UNINSTALL offending mod...

the one you installed b4 all h_ll broke loose

then Manually delete ANY FILE in error message

from the Oblivion/data folder

then

close Bash and restart

IF upon clicking on installer tab you get another error message

and have a blank installer tab (again)

DELETE all files listed in the error message from oblivion/data file

 

repeat until no error message pops up

you should be good to go

 

It seems if there are any foreign symbols it screws bash up
