Help i permenetly deleated the skyrim inifiles now my mods wont activate

can someone help me im new to moddinge and tried to move skyrim ini file and long story short i deleated it from recycle bin and now when i try to activete amod (example FNIS) it fails to activate it gives me an error code A problem c instull i tried to download manualy and it still gives me tehe error my game works skyrim loads just fine but my mods wont activate can someone help me fix this problem

Have you tried installing the mods again? If that doesn't work just install skyrim and everything else from 0, don't delete save files.

I tried installing the mod again and reinstalling Skyrim and I never delete save fills I can try to reinstall Skyrim again should i
