NMM since last update doesnt remember load order...

Could someone help me out here? in the NMM i have set up all the plugins to load in the right order, but sometimes the whole list gets de-activated... and i have to manually activate them again :S
this only happens since the last NMM update...
does anyone know how to set it so that it remembers the order and always keeps them activated?
i think it might be some read-only error but i cant find the file wich might be at fault.

it might have to do with the text file called Loadorder.txt, located in C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Fallout4\Mods\ModProfiles\a5nbmxn5
cause that file looks like this:

GameMode=Fallout4
Fallout4.esm=1
ArmorKeywords.esm=1
SettlementKeywords.esm=1
Homemaker.esm=1
Safe SSEx.esp=1
Homemaker - SSEx Compatibility Patch.esp=1
Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects.esp=1
Workshop_Planters.esp=1
CBBE.esp=1
Armorsmith Extended.esp=1
Spartan-Calyps-NoAE.esp=1

all the plugins seem to have a 1, while i'd guess they should be 1 - 11 right?
anyone know and could help me out?

Are you using the Fallout 4 Launcher or launching Fallout4.exe directly?

Are you using NMM to launch Fallout4.exe?

Bethesda did something cute and now the Fallout 4 Launcher somtimes deactivates all the mods.

You may want to set plugins.txt to read only.

This is a workaround for that annoying launcher.

where is plugins.txt located? or did you mean the file i was talking about wich is loadorder.txt? im confused

and btw i dont use the NMM to launch the game, i run the game from desktop with indeed the launcher...

should i just launch the game straight from the exe? or should i just use the NMM built in launch custom button?

For me the plugins.txt is located at C:\Users\kingculex\AppData\Local\Fallout4

For me the loadorder.txt for Fallout 4 is in the same folder.

Would launching the game directly straight from the .exe work? Yes.

Would launching the game from the NMM button work? Yes, if its set to launch the .exe directly. (This is what I do.)

If the problem persists and is not fixed by bypassing the Fallout 4 launcher then NMM is messed up some how.
