What am I doing wrong here?

I am having a big problem in terms of several mod conflicts I can't figure out. First and foremost is a problem in which Hunger and Thirst seem to go up infinitely. They will go down when items or objects are used, but will go right back up, even when HC is turned off I will still get the messages on the upper-left. Also, I seem to be having a problem with NPCs doing some sort of Matrix thing when using melee weapons, and pretty much appearing out of nowhere and hitting me. In addition, the Unified HUD doesn't want to show More Complex Needs, or even the temperature and paperdoll of damage that was there before I re-installed IMCN. Also, if someone could recommend a way to reduce NPC accuracy, the last problem I've been running into is them being absolute crack-shots with short-range weapons, effectively getting a headshot on me when I'm on the top of the cliff, they are on the bottom, with a pistol, while not even facing me. So, if Anyone can give me any advice on any or all of these issues, my load order is below.

My suggestion is to remove ALL non-nVamp mods or do a fresh nVamp install on a clean install and then install 1 mod at a time. Also, if it is crashing on startup then it is probably your UI. If that's the case, reinstall Unified HUD and make sure all the mods you have show up during Unified Hud installation.

All there, and what I don't get is that these exact mods worked alright before. I had issues where FOD and H2O were infinitely going up, and I asked for some help, to which I was told to re-sort them to nVamp's thing, which I thought I did in the first place, but then it stopped working, so I figured it was a broken link in the annoyingly re-starty chain somewhere. Also, every time it crashes, and gives me the message, I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del it in order to mouse over and accept that it was another failed attempt. Is there any way to remedy that pain at least?
