It takes a lot of time and usually what someone wants is really specific. Really all you can do is ask, and if someone answers, that's wonderful, but it's not like anyone is obligated. They might like the idea but just have too much else to do. I would not say this site is anime hating. Most of the female mods here are either anime or would work in an anime styled game.
