Magickingdom
I am looking for a mod that allows a couple to live together. No amulet, no wedding, no fuss, no muss, just build a loving relation ship and move in together as man and wife. It was the nord way of family life before the Empire brought its gods to Skyrim. If you played Oblivion, you may have encountered Olfond and Skjorta. They run North Winds, a shop in Bruma. They will sometimes complain about the new imperial marriage and that they are looked down on because they do not hold to the new ways. They live, drink, and work together, out of love. It would add a new layer of RP and immersion to the game, and I think the civil war would have some nords looking back to their old ways.Thank you for at least reading this. :)
ScottC12
If you are talking about player characters and not NPCs, you could use an extended follower framework mod and "shack up" with multiple followers. I use UFO, which has a limit of 15 followers. If you are talking about NPCs, I don't think there are any mods that pair them up if they are not already connected in the game. I am no modder, but this sounds possible -- maybe a lot of work, but possible. I think the game uses a NPC's Factions attribute to make a connection with another NPC, then special dialogue would need to be added for the "couple". There needs to be some romance to it. Some wooing, give a gift, say nice things etc. In later stages, Maybe even a night on the town, and waking up in bed together the next with the same hang over. A successful romance would end with consent to live together, raising a family etc.
