tomomi1922
You heard right. Is there a way, a console command, to make a certain corpses persistent? Like not disappearing ever, until I "Markfordelete". No, I don't want all corpses to be persistent. Some Raiders died in a very .... dramatic fashion, and I thought ... this particular settlement will have settlers acting like Raiders: mean and hardy. And will stake dead invaders' bodies outside the gate as warning for future incoming raiding parties.
lilkandeekid
As it seems the game engine has problems not keeping them around, you may just luck out and they'll be around forever anyways.

Nope, for sure they will disappear (and they did). The ash piles are the persistent ones.
lilkandeekid
I was plagued by some people at the Co-Op that I killed during an attempted raid on it. While cleaning up after, I tried throwing the same 5 corpses (ghoul's to be exact) outside of my settlement multiple times to have them come back after the cell reloaded, tried cutting into pieces and moving em, no matter what they always came back till I marked them for delete....Damn dirty dirty ghouls.... As for a console command that unmarks for delete, not sure if it exists. You could always make a static item like what your looking for.
