zuckingfombie
So, I went on a mod downloading spree, mostly homemaking, settlement, scrapping, and building mods; whenever I try to scroll through, or even open my workbench my game just crashes. I've been disabling a few mods, and restarting the game to see if I can figure out if it's a certain mod that's doing it or maybe I have too many mods enabled for my laptop's specs, idk. When it comes to modding, I sort of just skim, and wing it because Im pretty impatient and wanna use mods, lol. I use NMM to download and stuff, I dick around w/ load order, keeping things together, not really sure if it's right. Some screenshots of my NMM this one was too big to upload: http://i.imgur.com/ID37uwd.png

You might want to stay away from modding, since it contradicts with your general approach. Using mods is almost never one-click-gratification. Apart from that, you might want to export your load order from NMM in text form and post it as well (preferrably in spoiler tags), because seeing which mods/versions you have installed is mostly good to know, but seeing which ones you enabled and in which order is crucial, if it comes to troubleshooting. General info: - Quieter Settlements has been reported to cause random crashes - SSEx has been unmaintained for a while, has some CTD issues on its own and oftentimes conflicts with other settlement mods - almost all of your settlement related mods are outdated Edited January 28, 2016 by wax2k
