Need help with load order to get the Crafting Workbenches mod to work

So I can't seem to get the menus to work properly for the crafting workbenches mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2451/?) and after changing the load order around to try to fix it the game now crashes every time I go in to the workshop menu whilst in a settlement I can't work out which mods to disable to get the settlement menu to work properly or to get the crafting workbench mod to work

You probably have hit the overall category cap regarding and affecting both workshop and crafting menus. You could either reduce the amount of these kind of mods (dropping SSEx would be the best first step to do so, since it has issues anyways and Homemaker has almost everything tha SSEx has plus a lot more) or you could update and migrate your whole setup to be fully compliant to and incorporating Settlement Keywords and AWKCR.

So done some more tinkering disabling a few mods and the Workshop opens fine again. But the Armour and Weapon smith benches from crafting workbenches do not show up in the menu even with all other mods disabled. I have tried a fresh install but it does not change anything.
